Qualifications
  • Valid and active Washington School Psychologist license (required)
  • Prior experience in school settings, ideally working with diverse K-12 student populations
  • Ability to deliver high-quality psychological services in person (no remote/virtual options)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing caseload needs
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for K-12 students
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students academic and emotional success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and crisis response as needed
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in adherence to district and state guidelines
