KeyQualifications
- Valid and active Washington School Psychologist license (required)
- Prior experience in school settings, ideally working with diverse K-12 student populations
- Ability to deliver high-quality psychological services in person (no remote/virtual options)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing caseload needs
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for K-12 students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students academic and emotional success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and crisis response as needed
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in adherence to district and state guidelines
