The Youth Director/Pastor role at Peninsula Bible Fellowship in Bremerton, Washington offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of youth in Kitsap County. As the overseer of 6th-12th grade programs, the Youth Director/Pastor will play a crucial role in shaping faith development, teaching, curriculum development, program coordination, volunteer leadership, event planning, budget management, recruitment, ensuring safe church practices, and championing the church’s mission and vision.
