The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a Safety, Environmental and Hazardous Material Tech II to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the facility's hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage and disposal, including operating the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area.
* Assists with annual vessel and facility Workplace Hazard Inspections. Assists with or conducts daily waterfront inspections for personnel and environmental hazards.
* Responsible for the facility's hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage and disposal, including operating the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area.
* Responsible for remediation of identified asbestos and non-asbestos discrepancies, spills, or releases.
* All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

* Two (2) years of education/experience with hazardous materials or relevant experience in the military.
* Must be medically qualified and able to wear a negative pressure respirator.
* Must have a valid state driver's license and be eligible to operate company/government vehicles. Security Clearance:
* Position requires a Trusted Agent Security Clearance.
* Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13 Global- a 1st Flagship Company is an E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
