Kitsap Credit Union is actively hiring for Member Associate I, II and III (Teller/Personal Banker) positions throughout the area, including our East Bremerton branch. These positions are responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while processing transactions, as well as offering and demonstrating all‑digital, remote and self‑service options.

• Bonus Target: 5% of base pay – potential incentive bonus if the credit union hits its goals
• Working Hours:
  
  Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm; 40‑hour work week

• Assist members with their financial needs and transactions; identify, develop, and refer business relationships to build market position.
• Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services and assist in self‑service options.
• Foster and maintain constructive member relationships.
• Review and maintain knowledge of products.
• Understand and recommend products and services based on the member's needs.
• Participate in sales and community events to contribute to branch and credit union goals.
• Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge and adhere to operational, regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
• Accept and process all financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain responsibility and follow proper balancing procedures.
• Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self‑serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced.
• Proactively generate new memberships through branch sales activities.

Salaries: $22.28 – $23.00/hour depending on experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months of cash handling, customer service, and/or retail sales experience

Salaries: $23.00 – $25.00/hour depending on experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months of Financial Institution experience
• 6 months of cash handling, customer service, and/or retail sales experience
