Duties
* You will review all purchase documentation and verify transactions are proper, legal, mission essential, and correct in accordance with government rules and regulations.

* You will complete monthly program audit tool entries and support preparation for internal and external audits.

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying advanced knowledge of utilizing a Government Credit Purchase Card (GCPC) and a wide range of contracting procedures, methods and contact types, negotiation, fixed-price, and use of special provisions and incentives to plan and carry out contacting assignments related to pre-award functions, prices/cost analysis, and the review of these functions;
2) Applying thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Guide (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Guide (DFAR) to determine how policies affect the support programs;
3) Managing Electronic Document Access (EDA) and Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) in order to have administrative ability to provide oversight of invoice tracking and processing; and
4) Determining business practices and market conditions to evaluate bid responsiveness, contactor responsibility, and contactor performance. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
