Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position in the Emergency Room. The role includes managing patient care in a fast-paced ED environment, with alternating weekends and holiday rotations. Charge experience is required, as well as floating between assigned off-campus emergency department sites as needed. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics, including trauma cases and intubated patients. Manage vents and BiPAP equipment in the absence of Respiratory Therapists. Administer medications and handle procedures such as chest tubes and central lines. Fulfill charge nurse duties and provide support to the team as needed. Participate in unit and respiratory orientation and complete telemetry competency.

Requirements:
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS, TNCC. Minimum 2 years of full-time ER experience. Strong skills in IV placement and customer service.

Experience with EPIC charting system and equipment such as Alaris and Pyxis.
