Schedule:
Monday through Friday (20+ hours per week)
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children using evidence‑based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA!!

- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
- Reliable transportation
- RBT/CBT certification (or 40‑hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
- Active CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
- Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
