NGIS BREMERTON Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000, depending on Experience

Join us as our next Front Office Manager at Naval Base Kitsap, WA at the Navy Inn.

ELIGIBLE FOR A $1,500 HIRING INCENTIVE (must meet eligibility req’t)

The Front Office Manager will support our local Naval community, ensuring a high volume, dynamic business environment and providing exceptional service to military patrons and their families.

• Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.
• Utilize the Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details.
• Train, instruct and supervise personnel assigned to the Front Desk.
• Assist in handling customer complaints.
• Supervise all front‑desk operations and reservations.
• Participate in hiring front‑desk staff, evaluate and counsel staff, complete performance evaluations.

• Minimum 1 year of responsible experience in administrative and professional work, or one year of academic study above high school in a hotel/lodging/hospitality school (equivalent to six months of general experience).
• Minimum 2 years of responsible experience in administrative, supervisory, professional or technical work demonstrating knowledge of front‑of‑house hospitality operations.
• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
