Job Description
HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. We are actively looking for a SQL Database Administrator. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations.
The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.
Security Officer 2: $55,000 - $65,000
Security Officer 3: $60,500 - $75,000

Job Responsibilities
+ Manage and operate facility security systems and processes for access control (ACS), intrusion detection (IDS) and electronic surveillance (ESS)
+ Operate Avigilon (ESS) in support of facility operations and security manager directed investigations
+ Monitor, test and report status of security system to the Command Security Manager.
+ Conduct semi-annual test per ICD-705 requirements
+ Respond, assess, troubleshoot, repair and/or triage security system components as needed
+ Report deficiencies and outages with Security Manager and Facility Ops
+ Perform routine system maintenance, repair and modernization of system components to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
+ Replaced faulty sensors and components
+ Assess impact from emergencies and outages providing status updates to security manager and facility ops.
+ Identify modernization opportunities and recommendations for contracts
+ Coordinate with the Command Security Manager, Network engineers, Information Security Manager and Security Specialist as required to manage security system networks and components.
+ Works with cross-functional teams to optimize
+ Coordinate maintenance and repair of physical security equipment and devices such as assess control boom gates and turnstiles with the building manager.
+ Make limited scope assessments on deficiencies to the above-mentioned equipment
+ Maintain and operate facility access badge equipment.
+ Handle limited-scope repairs
+ Prepare purchase request for replacements
+ Assist with annual physical security inspection of facility compound and building perimeters.
+ Action security manager directed requests associated with ESS and IDS systems in support of Physical Security Inspections
