As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, operational, and programmatic expertise to work on projects for maritime systems.

You'll research, design, develop, analyze, and plan to build comprehensive products supporting maritime systems and their supporting technologies. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes and drive real-world support for the Department of War and its objectives. You'll guide the work we do for the Department of War and the solutions we deliver for maritime systems.

* Experience with building a workforce planning and resource allocation application using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint to improve visibility into staffing and operational planning

* Experience with writing information papers and concepts of operation (CONOPs)

* Experience coordinating technology initiatives that require collaboration across technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders and supporting modernization efforts, operational improvements, or new technology implementations

* Experience with bringing structure to complex efforts by helping teams establish priorities, manage competing requirements, and maintain momentum toward shared objectives and delivering clear communication, thoughtful planning, and building strong working relationships

* Experience delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel

* Experience with Department of War command structures, policy and formal documentation

* Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate technical meetings and working groups and analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations

* Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree

* PMP Certification Nice If You Have:
* Experience with unmanned system deployment

* Knowledge of DoW deployment and Operational Tempo

* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
