Duties
* You will serve as a Senior Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support) and a technical expert in a mobile device and telecommunications-related equipment team.
* You will manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices within the agency ensuring compliance with security protocols and policies.
* You will manage and administer software updates and patch management for mobile devices.
* You will perform research, evaluations, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
* You will open, monitor status, and close trouble tickets. Adds pertinent information into the trouble ticket database to include all steps leading to resolution. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 411 Tech Support Spec, proficiency level Intermediate, the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
* You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
* You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
* Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
* Incumbent is expected to understand the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) and the protection of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI).
* Incumbent must sign the Information System Privileged Access Agreement and Acknowledgement of Responsibilities Statement. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, and requirements that demonstrate knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.
