Overview

Warm Beach Camp Ministries invites nominations and applications for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a rare and significant opportunity to lead the largest Christian Camping ministry in Washington State, a key mission field in the region. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as a spiritual leader of the camp communities, engage constituents in the furtherance of the mission, and steward the future capacity of the organization in furthering God’s purposes.

• Provide spiritual leadership and operational guidance to the ministry aligned with the mission and values of Warm Beach Camp Ministries.
• Serve as the chief ambassador for the mission and ministry in church and civic communities, building and strengthening relationships that expand the ministry.
• Lead strategy, growth, and innovation efforts to advance Kingdom impact while ensuring organizational health and sustainability.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, priorities, and capital plans.

• Spiritually mature and experienced leader deeply committed to Christ and to the mission of Christian Camping.
• Proven ability to guide an organization through growth, innovation, and mission-driven initiatives.
• Strong ambassadorial skills with experience building relationships across church and civic communities.

• Competitive salary in the $140–160K range, DOE
