Thrive Therapies Group in Washington state seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to lead a team of about 20 school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, PTs and mental health clinicians across the Seattle region. You’ll hire, manage and develop staff and serve as the main contact for our school partners.
You’ll report to the Chief Clinical Officer, drive clinical excellence, ensure service delivery, compliance with IDEA/IEP, and partner with the Partnership Team to expand Thrive’s Washington practice.
