** Exciting Opportunity for Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)** *
* Job Description:
** - Take charge of the delivery of high-quality dialysis care and champion patient health.
- Provide education to patients, empowering them with knowledge and support.
- Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Adjust treatment plans as per standing orders and care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best care.
- Administer medications with precision and care.
- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- Work at various locations across the beautiful peninsula area.
- Flexible workdays available between Monday and Saturday.
- Engage in dynamic shifts of 10-13 hours in AM and PM, adapting to staffing needs.
** Licensure & Certification:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.

* Experience:
** - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Previous Dialysis experience is required.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.

** - Must be willing to work across clinics located on the peninsula:
Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend.
