Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis
Location: Bremerton, WA
Agency: United Health Care Staffing, Inc.
Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week
Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
OverviewRegistered Nurse – Dialysis position for in‑center chronic dialysis services at Bremerton, Washington. This travel contract requires oversight and quality care delivery across multiple clinic sites.
Responsibilities- Oversee delivery of in‑center chronic dialysis and ensure safe, high‑quality care.
- Provide patient education on dialysis treatments, medications, and self‑care.
- Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to maintain strong clinical practice.
- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and collaborate on care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate closely with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers for coordinated care.
- Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi‑State Compact RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
- Previous dialysis experience required.
