Job Title: Registered Nurse Dialysis RN
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Dialysis RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care for patients with kidney disease requiring dialysis treatment. This position requires excellent clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties- Perform dialysis treatments on patients with kidney disease
- Monitor and assess patient's vital signs during treatments
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on proper dialysis procedures and care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures
