Pay Information

Local Pay

  • $40.00/hour

Travel Pay Package (50+ Miles)

  • $18.85/hour Taxable Rate
  • $770 Weekly Housing Stipend
  • $476 Weekly Meals & Incidentals Stipend
  • $2,000 Weekly Gross (based on 40 hours)

About the Program

This unique residential program serves at-risk youth ages 16–18 who are working toward earning high school credits, developing leadership skills, and preparing for future educational and career success. Through academics, mentoring, leadership development, and health support, participants receive the structure and guidance needed to achieve their goals and build a strong foundation for the future.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health and wellness needs of adolescents in a residential educational setting. This role focuses on providing nursing care, wellness support, health education, and immunization services while helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for participants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to adolescent participants
  • Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established protocols
  • Conduct health assessments and wellness screenings
  • Monitor and address routine health concerns, illnesses, and injuries
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation
  • Support health promotion and preventative care initiatives
  • Educate participants on healthy lifestyle habits and wellness practices
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure participant health and safety
  • Follow all applicable nursing standards and facility policies

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State LPN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Experience in wellness, school health, public health, immunization, or similar settings preferred
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively with adolescent populations
  • Comfortable working in a structured residential environment
  • Ability to meet all onboarding and compliance requirements
