Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive quality management frameworks to ensure structural integrity and project precision.
- Perform systematic site evaluations to verify alignment with engineering blueprints and safety mandates.
- Partner with project leadership and trade partners to resolve technical discrepancies and implement effective corrective measures.
- Generate analytical performance reports that provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence by coaching site personnel on industry-leading quality standards and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding quality assurance, ensuring transparent communication and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in construction quality oversight or technical field management.
- Deep understanding of building materials, construction methodologies, and industry-standard quality protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex site issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Active certifications such as CQM-C or equivalent quality management credentials.
- Direct experience with federal or government-regulated construction projects (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, GSA).
- Advanced knowledge of specialized quality control software and reporting platforms.
