Front-End Associate​/Cashier

Minder Meats is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front-End Associate/Cashier to be the welcoming face of our retail space. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning about quality food products, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll play a key role in creating a standout shopping experience—answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring every customer leaves confident (and excited) about what they're taking home.

• Greet customers and help them choose the right cuts of meat for their needs
• Accurately package, label, and weigh products to customer specifications
• Operate the cash register and process transactions quickly and accurately
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with inventory tracking, stocking, and product rotation
• Build positive relationships with customers and handle questions or concerns professionally

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to great customer service
• Ability to handle cash and use a POS system

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in food service
