Micro Market Associate – Navy Exchange Naval Base Kitsap

• Maintain micro markets: perform inspections, replenish products, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Greet and engage customers, assisting with merchandise selection.
• Collect money from vending machines, micro‑market kiosks, or other cash‑handling devices.
• Turn in money bags daily to cash handling clerks after verifying receipts.
• Operate a motor vehicle in the performance of duties.

• U.S. citizen.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Pass required background checks (Federal, DOD, Security Clearance).
• Pass the GSA defensive driving course.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary for job duties, including retail and vending store operations.
• At least one year of progressively responsible clerical, retail sales, or customer‑service work, or half a year of post‑high‑school academic study.

Frequently stands, walks, and lifts moderately heavy objects up to 40 lbs.
