Mechanical Foreman — Working Plumber

Holmes Mechanical Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran locally owned company that has operated in the Puget Sound area for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing dependable and honest industrial service to the Federal Government. We have an office and fabrication facility in Bremerton and are looking for a full-time licensed PL01 commercial/industrial working mechanical/plumbing field foreman.

Provide supervisory leadership and accountability for employees and subcontractors assigned to plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical crews (i.e., pumps, boilers, chillers, etc.). Work in tandem with Project Manager, General Contractor, and Government Representative. Oversee the job site, processes, coordinate manpower, handle required paperwork, verify coordinated drawings, and build the project in accordance with plans and specifications.

• Ten (10) years or more in the plumbing/mechanical trades with three (3) years working as a senior construction foreman, superintendent, or similar function.
• Stable work history with three (3) years job experience in the appropriate assignments showing increasing levels of responsibility and work complexity.
• Possess a Washington State PL01 Journey Level Plumbing License.
• Experience working with cranes, rigging, confined space, and working at heights.
• Experience with computer skills:
  Word, Excel, PDF Reader, Blue Beam, Outlook.
• Pass Federal Government security clearance (includes drug testing) and clean driving record.

• Majority federal prevailing wage ($83.12 to $94.87 hourly).
