We are seeking to hire an entry‑level Service Tech/Installer. The successful technician candidate will be customer service‑focused and work under the general supervision of the service manager to perform corrective maintenance on all electronic equipment in installing, maintaining, and repairing 2‑way and wireless communications systems as required.

If you don't have all the skills required, no worries! We will provide training for motivated candidates.

• 2+ years of installation service work experience with car stereos, CBs, vehicle lighting, and GMRS radios with DC voltage installation.
• Related work experience in electronic communications repair; or the equivalent combination of technical education and experience is a PLUS. We will train.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment, complete work orders, service orders and other documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact professionally and courteously with customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Ability to complete work orders, service orders, and other documents.

• Possess a positive attitude with high ethical standards.
• Possesses strong computer skills, efficient in typing, and has experience using MS Office.
• Willing to work on job sites during various weather conditions, hours.
• Willing to take training classes to support work‑related jobs.
• Available for flexible hours and occasional overnight travel (15 – 20%).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background check/drug.

• Previous experience in diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and program wireless communication equipment such as 2‑way radios, transmitters, receivers, and antennas for customers.
• Knowledge of radio repair, mobile installations, DC, AC, and RF Theory as it applies to wireless communications.
• IT or Networking experience.
• Understanding of basic wireless principles (VHF, UHF, VSWR, dipoles, yagi, analog, digital).
