Salary Range: $36.00 to $44.00 per hour

The Senior Sewer & Drain Technician is responsible for advanced diagnostics, hydro jetting, and customer solutions. You’ll also serve as a mentor to trainees and help refine our drain division standards and processes.

• Handle complex drain and sewer diagnostics
• Perform hydro jetting and advanced camera inspections
• Recommend solutions and pricing options
• Train and mentor entry‑level and mid‑level technicians
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and service leadership
• Track equipment needs and ensure proper maintenance
• Maintain detailed job documentation
• Deliver consistent 5‑star customer interactions

• Pay Rate: $36-$44 per hour plus bonus and incentive opportunities

• 3+ years of sewer and drain experience preferred
• PL02 license preferred
• Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills

• Positive attitude with strong leadership and training ability
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Our office hours are 7:30 am–7:30 pm, and technician schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.
