We are launching a dedicated Sewer & Drain Division at Robison Plumbing and are looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, helping homeowners and working in a professional, team-focused environment. Position Overview

The Senior Sewer & Drain Technician is responsible for advanced diagnostics, hydro jetting, and customer solutions. You’ll also serve as a mentor to trainees and help refine our drain division standards and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle complex drain and sewer diagnostics
  • Perform hydro jetting and advanced camera inspections
  • Recommend solutions and pricing options
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and service leadership
  • Track equipment needs and ensure proper maintenance
  • Maintain detailed job documentation
  • Deliver consistent 5‑star customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sewer and drain experience preferred
  • PL02 license preferred
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused
  • A problem-solver who communicates well and treats customers with respect.
  • Someone who works well independently but also enjoys being part of a supportive team.
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership and training ability
  • A Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in small spaces
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software
