Position: 1:1 Middle School RBT | Brenham, Texas
Step into an impactful role supporting students' growth and success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school environment near Brenham, TX. This contract opportunity runs through the end of the school year with potential for renewal and engaging summer assignments.

As an integral part of the educational team, you'll provide tailored behavior intervention and 1:1 support for elementary, middle, and high school students. Your expertise will be vital in two primary settings: direct behavioral support in elementary classrooms and cross-campus assistance for students with more intensive needs, including those in Life Skills classrooms. Candidates with CPI certification or prior experience working with aggressive behaviors are particularly encouraged to apply for the cross-campus/life skills component.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical/behavioral experience will be highly valued
  • Background supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
  • CPI or crisis management experience is preferred for roles supporting more aggressive students
  • Ability to work effectively both 1:1 and in group classroom situations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under direction of supervising staff
  • Provide direct support and guidance to students across grades, including behavior and life skills classrooms
  • Document progress, collect data, and communicate updates clearly to educators and families
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt strategies to meet individual student needs and changing classroom dynamics
The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, typically from 7:15am-3:30pm, with slight variations as needed.

Take this opportunity to advance your career and make a difference in students' lives, working alongside dedicated professionals. If you're passionate about providing meaningful behavioral support and thrive in an educational setting, we encourage you to apply today!
