This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Brenham, TX. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, verifying financial information, and guiding clients through the lending process. Duties include advising clients on loan options, preparing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role requires collaboration with clients, real estate professionals, and underwriting teams to provide personalized service and achieve successful loan closings.

• Proficiency in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and expertise in Loans
• Strong knowledge of Underwriting and Finance practices
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and proficiency in analyzing financial documents
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the mortgage lending industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role is an advantage
