Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will work in Brenham, TX, in an environment that values inclusive culture, collaboration, and respect for all employees.
Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
- Drive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, teller collaborations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
- Create loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by delivering a complete PNC conversation at every client interaction and leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and supporting efficient branch daily operations.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions and able to create customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
