Personal Banker - Brenham

Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will work in Brenham, TX, in an environment that values inclusive culture, collaboration, and respect for all employees.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
• Drive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, teller collaborations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Create loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by delivering a complete PNC conversation at every client interaction and leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and supporting efficient branch daily operations.

• Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions and able to create customized solutions.
• Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require an associate degree or equivalent, along with 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. A comparable combination of education, industry certification(s), and experience (including military service) may also be considered.
