What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers) Support Safe Medication Administration:
  • Accurately administer prescribed medications and document them per state regulations and community policies.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident health or behavior to nursing staff.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications.
Deliver Compassionate Care:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and help residents maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Respond to call lights and resident needs with kindness and urgency.
Work as a Team Player:
  • Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and other departments to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, or resident activities when needed.
  • Treat residents and teammates with respect, patience, and a positive attitude.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Compassion & Commitment) Licensure & Credentials:
  • Active CMA certification in the state of employment required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Experience &

Skills:
  • Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with medication administration procedures and ADL support.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely throughout your shift.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds during regular duties.
