Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support across payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and vendor invoice processing.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Assist with payroll processing, reporting, and post‑payroll reconciliation in partnership with Accounting.
- Support benefits administration, including annual enrollment and team member inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee records in compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with leave of absence programs (FMLA, STD/LTD, workers’ compensation, COBRA, ACA).
- Support HR programs such as service awards and team member meetings.
- Partner with HR staff to provide analytical and operational support aligned with business needs.
- Maintain working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment laws (e.g., ADA, Title VII, EEOC).
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years in HR, payroll, or HRIS preferred (or equivalent experience).
