Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Position Overview

Responsible for cleaning all facilities, offices, grounds, and warehouse areas.

• Clean front offices, restrooms, kitchen areas, floors, windows, and furniture as per schedule and other times as may be needed or directed.
• Change air conditioning filters as per schedule.
• Replace light bulbs as needed.
• Strip and refinish tile floors in front offices when directed to do so.
• Clean and disinfect the employee cafeteria and employee restrooms as per schedule.
• Restock supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels etc.
• Empty trash receptacles in front offices and all plant areas per schedule.
• Clean warehouse floors with Billy Goat, then with a floor cleaning machine per schedule.
• Cut lawn, remove weeds from flower beds.
• Keep grass and weeds under control around LPG storage area and next to west fence line. Keep weeds under control on the plant property.
• Any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Crush drums as needed
• Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience working in a production environment is preferred.

Must have the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, sometimes with heavy loads. Ability to climb ladders or other structures to clean high areas or replace bulbs and filters. Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
