Regional Vice President of Operations

We are looking for a motivated performer to join our Management Team as a Regional Vice President of Operations for Region 10
! This person must have a strong history of excellent operational standards within the long-term care industry.

• Current Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license required.
• Prior multi-site or regional leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required.
• Proven track record of driving operational, financial, and census performance across multiple communities.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and compliance requirements for skilled nursing facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support Administrators and facility leadership teams.
