Tack weld various small components to round or square shafts to assemble pole assemblies;
Read and interpret drawings to determine parts needed for assembly;
Use plasma torch, grinders, buffers, and drills to aid assembly;
Position and move components using jib crane and other equipment in confined areas;
Maintain safety and quality through proper PPE and self-checks
