Production Worker – Bottle Loader – 3rd Shift

Stanpac Ink provides glass decorating to the wine, beer, liquor, dairy and food industries across North America. Using state‑of‑the‑art equipment combined with UV, ceramic, and precious metals inks, we apply high quality designs directly onto glass packaging. In addition to our glass decorating facility, Stanpac manufactures packaging for the fluid milk and ice cream markets as well as paper coffee cups and take out packaging.

We are currently seeking Bottle Loader/Unloaders (Production Workers) to join our team at our Wisconsin facility.

Wage

$17.00 per hour to start with opportunities to grow!

Shift
  • 3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM
Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Unload glass bottles from pallets and load onto production lines.
  • Unload printed glass bottles from production lines and repack into finished goods as per work instructions.
  • Communicate any quality issues to Lead Hand.
  • Report any maintenance needs to Lead Hand.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage parts inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customers and co‑workers.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
  • Excellent attendance required.
Physical Requirements

This job is performed within a plant environment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Ability to adapt to changing climate conditions, airborne particles, and noisy conditions.
  • Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Must be able to work full‑time hours.
