Valmont Industries - 2551 Valmont Drive - Responsibilities:
Welds using GMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes to assemble pole components according to drawings and codes;
Reads and interprets blueprints and welding specifications to position and assemble parts;
Operates overhead cranes and other shop equipment to move components into position;
Cuts steel with plasma torch and performs necessary fabrication operations;
Maintains a clean, organized workplace and adheres to LEAN practices
