Read and interpret production drawings;
Understand machine controls, program codes, fixtures and tool offsets, and CNC systems for HAAS and/or Quick Mill machines;
Use shop mathematics to lay out products and determine cutting depths, feed rates, and RPM;
Use measuring instruments to fabricate parts;
Read blueprints and work orders;
Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area;
Perform operator preventive maintenance and report issues;
Identify and label parts with part numbers;
Move pallets and manage part flow in the shop;
Record daily production labor and work completed
