Behavioral Health LVN/LPN
• Mids*
* Join our team in Brenham, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN. Provide essential nursing care for patients with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs under RN supervision.

** Responsibilities:*
* • Deliver care for patients with intellectual disabilities.

• Perform advanced nursing tasks (e.g., gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings).

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate effectively.

• Support infection control and quality assurance.

• Engage in therapeutic programs and train new LVNs.

* Schedule:

*
* • 26• week contract, 40 hours/week.

• Mids shift: 1:45 pm
• 10:15 pm.

• Orientation: 2 weeks, Mon
• Fri, 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm.

• Work 3 weekends/month.

• No time off in the first 5 weeks.

* Qualifications:

*
* • Active Texas LPN/LVN license.

• 2+ years LVN/LPN experience.

• 1+ year in a facility for intellectual disabilities.

• AHA BLS certification.

• Meet HHSC requirements.

• COVID• 19 vaccination required.
