Pay Rate: $42.00/hr for any shift worked during the week | $45.00/hr for any shift worked during the weekend

Cornerstone Medical is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a rewarding contract opportunity at a State Supported Living Center in Brenham TX, a specialized facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• 6 month contract
• 40 hours per week
• Available
  
  Shifts:
  • 5:45am-2:15pm
  • 1:45pm-10:15pm
  • 9:45pm-6:15am
• Mandatory training 8am-5pm for 2 weeks
• Work 3 weekends out of the month

• Under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager, the LVN will provide direct patient care and clinical support in a structured, team-based environment.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Provide patient education regarding medications and care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Support residents with complex medical needs
• Perform computer-based charting (training provided)
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to pass:
  Urine drug screen
• Background check
• FBI fingerprinting
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year LVN experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience in direct patient care settings

  Gastrostomy tubes / enteral feedings
• Foley catheter care
• Tracheostomy care
• Other advanced nursing skills
