Sales Director

Overview

WCTractor is seeking a Sales Director to lead and strengthen our sales processes across all locations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales discipline, and increasing visibility into our pipeline and forecasting.

The Sales Director will play a key role in building consistency across locations, coaching sales teams, and ensuring our processes support long-term growth. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, and holds themselves and others accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of our CRM and lead the continued rollout, standardization, and adoption across all locations, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and consistent follow-up
  • Establish and reinforce sales processes, follow-up standards, and pipeline management expectations
  • Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics across locations
  • Work closely with store managers and sales teams to improve close rates, follow-up, and customer experience
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and implement practical, measurable improvements
  • Coach and develop sales staff on prospecting, follow-up, and opportunity management
  • Partner with leadership to forecast revenue and track performance against goals
  • Ensure accountability and consistency in sales execution across all locations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading sales teams or multi-location sales operations
  • Experience implementing or driving adoption of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
  • Comfortable establishing standards and holding teams accountable
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Equipment, automotive, or dealership experience preferred but not required
