We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused
Insurance Sales Representative
to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll meet with prospects, identify coverage needs, present suitable insurance options, and guide clients through the application process—while working toward individual and team sales goals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning insurance products, and earning based on performance.

• Prospect and generate leads through [referrals/inbound leads/networking/cold calling—edit as needed]
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals, risks, and coverage requirements
• Recommend appropriate insurance products (examples: [Life/Health/Auto/Home/Commercial)
• Quote policies and guide applicants through underwriting and policy issuance
• Build and maintain client relationships to support retention and referrals
• Follow all compliance and licensing requirements
