• Shift: Regular Night (may require overtime, 10‑hour or 12‑hour shifts)

Campus Administrator responsible for continuous monitoring of the homes and grounds, addressing incidents, and ensuring health and safety of residents in a state supported living center.

• Monitor and document nightly issues, concerns and incidents.
• Provide immediate response to unusual occurrences, emergencies and abuse/neglect allegations.
• Serve as the contact person for abuse/neglect and as the first responding professional staff on critical incidents.
• Initiate preliminary incident reports and coordinate investigations.
• Evaluate incidents and recommend improvements to staff and management.
• Complete audits and trending projects to maintain service delivery and safety.
• Coordinate service delivery with administrative/supervisory staff.
• Report directly to the Incident Manager and work with the Incident Management Team.
• Provide training and in‑service to facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in disaster response, recovery or COOP activation as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred four‑year college degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working with IDD populations or in emergency response, audits, investigations, or abuse/neglect recovery.
• Experience supervising, training or managing projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of ICF/IID standards, OPM, PNMP, PBSP, Ukeru and Safe Use of Restraints (SUR) techniques.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers, and physical ability to perform rounds over a wide area.
• Must be willing to work nights, over‑nights, weekends, holidays and occasional extended shifts.
• Must pass required background and drug screening checks.
