Job Description
LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - until job is complete
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions
- Partner with production teams to resolve malfunctions and improve performance
- Install, test, and ensure proper operation of new equipment and system upgrades
- Assist with planning and executing equipment modifications or improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Promote a safe work environment by following PPE requirements and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Certifications in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems a plus.
