We’re hiring Electromechanical Technicians with a strong focus on industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. In this hands‑on role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems that support manufacturing operations. You’ll work with motors, controls, industrial electrical components, power distribution, and equipment up to 480V, along with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Standard 1st Shift
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7AM - 3PM
* * As needed, there will be work hours required outside the Standard Shift Schedule (above).
Opportunity for step pay increases at 90 days, 1 year and 2 years.
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
Candidates may be hired at the Technician I, II, or III level based on electrical experience, technical proficiency, education, and overall industrial maintenance background.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and electromechanical systems
- Diagnose electrical faults using meters and other testing equipment
- Maintain and repair motors, controls, relays, contractors, disconnects, transformers, sensors, and related components
- Install and service electrical equipment and components, including systems up to 480V, based on qualifications and position level
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment prints
- Troubleshoot production equipment to identify electrical and mechanical causes of downtime
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed
- Follow lockout/tagout and established electrical safety procedures
- Document repairs and communicate equipment and safety concerns
Position level will be determined based on the selected candidate's electrical experience, technical skills, education, industrial maintenance experience, and ability to meet the qualifications of the applicable technician level.
