Warehouse & Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse, such as ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization.

• Shipping and receiving RMAs of faulty equipment
• Maintain a clean warehouse
• Operate a forklift safely
• Order and maintain inventory minimum quantities
• Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites
• Program equipment as needed
• Prevent unauthorized access to the warehouse
• Load and unload boxes, trucks, and pallets
• Other duties as assigned

• Effective communication with team and management
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Strong organization and learning capability
• Basic hand tool proficiency
• Physical strength to lift/pull heavy equipment
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious mindset
• Pass a drug screening test and criminal background check
• Basic computer knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft programs preferred

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred

Warehouse environment; outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind; proximity to heavy machinery and moving vehicles; moderate noise level.

Frequently moving in and around the warehouse; ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, and poles; transporting objects of 50 pounds or more.

Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm. Full time. Overtime if necessary.

0-10% travel required as needed.
