Position: Level 3 Practitioner (Contract)
Location: Kensal Green

We are working with a fantastic, community-focused primary school in NW6 who are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or
3) to join their Early Years team as soon as possible. This is a brilliant long-term opportunity running until July 2026, ideal for someone passionate about supporting early development in a nurturing, well‑resourced environment.

The school offers a warm, collaborative atmosphere with a strong commitment to child‑centred learning and staff wellbeing. You’ll be working within a supportive EYFS team who value creativity, communication, and a positive approach to early childhood education.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)

Contract:

Full-time, ASAP – July 2026

Hours:

* Mon–Wed & Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm

* Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £105–£115 per day (via umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children aged 3–4 in a busy, play‑based nursery environment

* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities

* Creating a safe, nurturing space that supports children’s personal development

* Providing personal care where required

* Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

About You:

* Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

* Experience working in Early Years (nursery or preschool)

* Warm, patient, and proactive

* Strong understanding of EYFS practice

* Reliable and available to start immediately
