JOB OVERVIEW
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization, time management, and relationships with retailers. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS- Starting hourly pay: $13.00 to $15.00 depending on skills and experience.
- Paid training through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

- Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours: 7–10 hours per week
. - Availability week before and after major holidays, including weekends, required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
This is a physically demanding job requiring frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- At least 18 years of age.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
