As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced practitioners to support children across the nursery, from babies through to pre‑school. You’ll learn how to create safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments where children can explore, make choices, and develop at their own pace.

Your days will include supporting play‑based learning, helping with daily routines such as mealtimes and rest periods, and building strong, caring relationships with children and their families. With guidance, mentoring, and structured training, you’ll grow in confidence and skill as you progress through your apprenticeship.
