Splendid Hospitality in Brentford is seeking a Cluster Groups & Reservations Supervisor to lead the group bookings across multiple hotels and brands. You will build strong relationships by telephone, e-mail and in person, with a primary focus on group business and sales leads.
You will supervise the reservation process across hotels and brands to ensure procedures and brand standards are achieved and you will actively seek client feedback to improve service and results.
