Senior Accountant; Entertainment

Our client is a growing digital media company looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team and support a seamless month-end close in a fast-paced Net Suite environment. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a high-growth, high-visibility business in the entertainment space.

• Support divisional accounting and financial operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, commission calculations, and treasury support
• Process and review AP, AR, payroll, and expense activity in coordination with a shared services function
• Prepare GAAP financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting packages for division leadership
• Support audit and tax coordination with corporate finance and external advisors, including preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
• Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process and help maintain rolling financial forecasts
• Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue, margins, and client profitability
• Support divisional cash flow planning and working capital tracking
• Assist with Net Suite ERP reporting and integrations as part of the broader platform strategy
• Help maintain strong internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide financial support for contract negotiations and collections as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Background in professional services, media, talent management, sports, or agency settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP, ASC 606 exposure a plus
• Audit background a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate financial data into business insight
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance and business partners
