The Senior IT Project Manager will lead a large-scale visitor experience technology initiative focused on enhancing the end-to-end guest journey, from pre-arrival planning through on-site access and departure. Located in Los Angeles, CA, this role will oversee complex projects involving software, hardware, infrastructure, and system integration components while partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

This position requires a hands-on project leader who can operate effectively across operational, technical, and strategic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project closure.
• Manage a strategic visitor experience technology program involving software, hardware, infrastructure, and integrated systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive consensus among business, operational, and technical teams.
• Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party implementation partners.
• Develop change management and communication strategies to support adoption and organizational readiness.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and escalations.
• Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Track project dependencies across multiple teams and business units.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, technology standards, and user experience goals.
