Pop-Up Hiring Manager

We are seeking a polished, hands-on Pop-Up Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a handbag brand’s temporary retail location. This is an independent, customer-facing role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the store experience from opening through close.

Duration: 9/14-12/31

Pay: $40/HR

• Open and close the pop-up store each day, including cash handling, store readiness, and securing merchandise.
• Oversee the visual presentation, organization, replenishment, and upkeep of handbag merchandise.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience by welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting purchases.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store, including displays, fitting areas, stockroom, and customer-facing spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels, receive and organize deliveries, and communicate replenishment or operational needs.
• Resolve customer questions or service issues professionally and represent the brand with confidence.
• Coordinate with the brand or corporate team on daily sales, inventory, store feedback, and operational updates.
• Ensure the pop-up remains compliant with brand standards, store policies, and any venue requirements.

• Previous experience in luxury, contemporary fashion, accessories, handbags, or specialty retail.
• Strong clienteling and sales skills with a polished, customer-first approach.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
